The Emotional Intelligence Training Program is designed for students, focusing on developing emotional recognition and regulation skills, covering self-awareness, stress management, and interpersonal communication. Using eco-friendly materials and natural resources, students create emotion journals or artworks, promoting sustainability. Through role-playing and group activities, students learn local stress-relief resources, enhancing emotional management skills. This fosters self-control, empathy, and personal growth, building confidence and responsibility, equipping students to handle academic and life challenges while cultivating environmental awareness.
